Returns
When returning merchandise to Blackstone Outdoor Gear, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Enclose a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair. Blackstone Outdoor Gear will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise. We will return ship via surface delivery.
